Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our Kinship Care Team in Barnet. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will lead assessments, provide expert advice, and ensure that the best interests of children are at the forefront of all decisions. You will work collaboratively with social workers, families, and external agencies to develop and implement care plans that promote stability and positive outcomes for children in kinship placements.

Your key responsibilities will include:
