The role is for an advanced practitioner in the fostering team - the role involves supporting and supervising foster carers to maintain high standards of foster placements for children in care. As an advanced practitioner, you will be involved in the recruitment process and assessment of new foster carers, including completing form F assessments.
The role involves some evening and weekend work, supporting at carer events, support groups, recruitment events, and training.
