• Work closely with GPs and nurses.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based care.
• Contribute to smooth daily flow within acute clinics.
• Work autonomously within a collaborative practice team.

A bank post for an advanced practitioner, working ad hoc shifts over 48 days, within same-day and acute care clinics at well-established GP surgeries. The work centres on assessing, diagnosing, treating and prescribing for patients with same-day and acute conditions, including undifferentiated presentations. Shifts are around eight hours and offered as a steady block booking for clinicians wanting consistent hours. Independent prescribing and an ACP, ANP or advanced paramedic qualification decide fit.
