At Leaders in Care, we are currently working alongside a great to work for council in the Channel Islands (based off feedback), for an experienced children’s social worker to join the Family Safeguarding team as an Advanced Social Worker, offering a great hourly rate of £51.50/h.

This is a great opportunity for the right person to join a council that really aims to provide a supportive environment for their social workers. This is done through opportunities for flexible working, meaning you can plan your schedule and manage your time how you see fit.
