Advanced Practitioner - Children's Locality

£37.00 per hour • West Yorkshire • 37 hours p/w, hybrid

About the Role

We are looking for social workers with experience in working with children in families at CIN, CP, PLO and care proceedings. We offer flexible working arrangements and access to training and support. Our teams are small in structure to ensure good management support and supervision. We ensure that the number of children and families you work with is manageable to ensure that our families are able to receive a good quality service from us.

Responsibilities
  • Work with children and families in care proceedings, CIN, CP and PLO contexts.
  • Provide flexible working arrangements and access to training and support.
  • Be part of small teams to ensure good management support and supervision.
  • Maintain a manageable caseload to ensure high-quality service delivery to families.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Social Work or equivalent
  • Registered with Social Care Wales/ Social Work England
  • At least 3 years PQE permanent, direct employment within English LA
  • Completed relevant post-qualifying training
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Excellent communication and written skills
