Job Description:

An exciting job role has recently become available in Buckinghamshire. They are looking for a new member for their Adult Safeguarding Team.

Report directly to the Safeguarding Adult Business Manager and be flexible about working across a large county. To provide safeguarding support to all adults in all settings and have the skills and competencies to work in collaboration with key agencies whilst maintaining a person-centred approach.

Requirements:

• Social Work England Registration
• Experience of working with adults with long term conditions.
• Experienced Qualified Social Worker Required.
• Experience of safeguarding.
• Experience of working with adults and self neglect.
