Are you seeking career advancement but feel limited by your current employer's demands for your expertise, resulting in high and complex caseloads? Whether you're an agency worker aiming for a senior role or a permanent staff member seeking growth opportunities, this position offers a pathway forward.
These roles are within the safeguarding team, managing referrals from section 47 through to permanence, including cases requiring additional support from the council or CIC team.
You will work closely with the Team Manager, assisting in practice development and supervising students and ASYE workers to promote best practices, with a protected caseload of 8.
Salaries range from £46,731 to £49,764.
Locations include: Cotswolds, Tewkesbury, Stroud, Forest of Dean, Cheltenham, Gloucester.
