About the role:

The Advanced Planning Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for driving integrated planning and operational excellence across procurement, production planning, and production data. Operating within a complex, global manufacturing environment, the role ensures alignment between strategic objectives, production capabilities, supplier networks, and project execution. The focus is on optimizing supply chain performance, enhancing production efficiency, and leading cross-functional initiatives for continuous improvement. The role is accountable for planning production projects, managing capacity planning for make-buy decisions, and ensuring production schedules meet manufacturing deadlines.

This position will lead the following departments:

Procurement, Production Planning, Production Data

What we are looking for:

• Extensive experience in supply chain planning, production operations, and procurement within manufacturing, including global exposure.
• Proven success managing cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strategic thinking and systems-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Leadership and influence across functions.
• Effective communication and change management skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
