About the role:

The Advanced Planning Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for driving integrated planning and operational excellence across procurement, production planning, and production data. Operating within a complex, global manufacturing environment, this role ensures alignment between strategic objectives, production capabilities, supplier networks, and project execution. The focus is on optimizing supply chain performance, enhancing production efficiency, and leading cross-functional initiatives for continuous improvement. The role also involves ensuring production projects are planned in advance, capacity planning for make-buy decisions, and production scheduling to meet manufacturing deadlines.

This position will lead the following departments:

• Procurement
• Production Planning
• Production Data
