About the role:

The Advanced Planning Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for driving integrated planning and operational excellence across procurement, production planning, and production data. Operating within a complex, global manufacturing environment, the role ensures alignment between strategic objectives, production capabilities, supplier networks, and project execution. The focus is on optimizing supply chain performance, enhancing production efficiency, and leading cross-functional initiatives to drive continuous improvement. The role also ensures production projects are planned in advance, capacity is aligned for make-buy decisions, and scheduling meets manufacturing deadlines.

This position will lead the departments of:

• Procurement
• Production Planning
• Production Data
