About the role:

The Advanced Planning Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for integrated planning and operational excellence in procurement, production planning, and production data. Operating in a complex, global manufacturing environment, the role ensures alignment between strategic objectives, production capabilities, supplier networks, and project execution. The role focuses on optimizing supply chain performance, improving production efficiency, and leading cross-functional initiatives for continuous improvement. It is responsible for planning production projects, capacity planning for make-buy decisions, and ensuring production schedules meet manufacturing deadlines.

This role will lead the following departments:

Procurement, Production Planning, Production Data

What we are looking for:

• Extensive experience in supply chain planning, production operations, and procurement within manufacturing, including global exposure.
• Proven success in managing cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
