About the role:

The Advanced Planning Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for driving integrated planning and operational excellence across procurement, production planning, and production data. Operating within a complex, global manufacturing environment, the role ensures alignment between strategic objectives, production capabilities, supplier networks, and project execution. The focus is on optimising supply chain performance, enhancing production efficiency, and leading initiatives for continuous improvement. The role is accountable for ensuring production projects are planned in advance, capacity is planned to support make-buy decisions, and production scheduling meets manufacture dates.

This role will lead the following departments:

Procurement, Production Planning, Production Data

• Success in managing cross-functional teams and leading strategic initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
