About the role:

The Advanced Planning Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for driving integrated planning and operational excellence across procurement, production planning, and production data. Operating in a complex, global manufacturing environment, the role ensures alignment between strategic objectives, production capabilities, supplier networks, and project execution. The focus is on optimizing the supply chain, enhancing efficiency, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The role ensures production projects are well planned, capacity is managed for make-buy decisions, and schedules meet manufacturing deadlines.

This position will lead the departments of Procurement, Production Planning, and Production Data.

What we are looking for:

• Extensive experience in supply chain planning, production operations, and procurement in manufacturing, including global exposure.
• Proven success in managing cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
