Job Title: Planning Engineer

Location: Plymouth, Devon + Hybrid Working Arrangements

Compensation: £43,935 - £49,104 + Benefits

The Role

As a Planning Engineer, you will work on the latest technology for the Royal Navy, focusing on submarine maintenance planning. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying maintenance data and work required for future submarine maintenance periods.
  2. Resolving planning and scheduling ambiguities.
  3. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and quality.
  4. Building indicative planning schedules for maintenance activities.

This role is full-time (35 hours/week) with hybrid working (2 days in-office, 3 days remote). Travel to internal and customer sites is required approximately once a month.

Essential Experience
  • Experience as a Planning Engineer on complex engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of systems like P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Understanding of data organization.
Qualifications
  • Ideally HNC or HND, but not essential.
Security Clearance
