You will have a self-generated caseload incorporating comprehensive examinations of patients presenting to the trauma & orthopaedic service and make complex clinical decisions to determine appropriate pathway e.g. diagnostics, therapy, or surgical intervention.
You should have demonstrable advanced clinical skills/knowledge from postgraduate courses/in service as evidenced in your Continued Professional Development portfolio. You will have a proven record of leading and effectively managing change, service development and extensive professional & clinical experience at a senior level.
Ongoing personal and professional development is essential to provide a quality service and is supported through CPD workshops, appraisals, in-service training and involvement within the Tayside Practice Development Network.
You will have a keen interest in personal development and in-service training and participate in national research projects.
It is essential that you possess a Diploma/MSc/BSc in Physiotherapy and are HCPC registered.
