Role: Advanced Physiotherapist (Oncology)

Site: London Bridge Hospital, London

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, (on-call & weekend participation required)

Contract: Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover until August 2026)

We are looking for an Advanced Physiotherapist to join our therapies team based at London Bridge Hospital, currently rated Outstanding by the CQC.

The London Bridge Hospital in South-East London encompasses an outpatient and diagnostic centre in The Shard; a large world-class hospital at the Tooley Street site; Private Care at Guys, on the top floors of Guys Hospital Cancer Centre; and outpatient and diagnostic centres across the City and Canary Wharf. With 160 beds, 22 ICU beds, and 10 operating theatres, we offer exceptional treatment across a range of acute and complex care, utilizing the latest technologies and healthcare innovations.

Main duties of the job

As an Advanced Physiotherapist, you will manage a predominantly Oncology clinical caseload, both inpatients and day cases, providing high-quality physiotherapy care across the London Bridge Hospital campus. You will also support other hospital areas, including general surgery, cardiorespiratory, and oncology. The role involves supporting the Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Lead and contributing to the clinical development of the Oncology physiotherapy team and service.
