Job summary

NHS Highland is recruiting a part-time Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner to cover maternity leave in the First Contact Physiotherapy service across Fort William and Lochaber.

You will work in primary care alongside GPs and other professionals, applying advanced MSK assessment, diagnosis and treatment. Injection skills and prescribing are encouraged, with support to complete qualifications if not held.

Qualifications

• Advanced MSK assessment and management experience.
• Injection skills and prescribing are part of the role; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver First Contact Physiotherapy in primary care settings.
• Collaborate with GPs and other professionals in rural Lochaber practices.
• Cover maternity leave on a part-time basis across Fort William area.
