Glan Clwyd Hospital is recruiting an experienced pharmacist to join the Unscheduled Care Pharmacy Team on a Band 8a maternity cover basis. The post supports ED, AMU, SAU and SDEC, delivering high‑quality clinical pharmacy care in a fast‑paced environment.
You will work with multidisciplinary teams, lead education and service improvement, and contribute to safe medicines management, discharge planning, and on‑call rotas. Welsh language ability is desirable.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced pharmacist to join the Unscheduled Care Pharmacy Team within the Emergency Quadrant at Glan Clwyd Hospital on a Band 8a maternity cover basis. This post will play a key role in the development and delivery of a high-quality clinical pharmacy service across Unscheduled Care, including the Emergency Department (ED), Acute Medical Unit (AMU), Surgical Assessment Unit (SAU) and Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC). The successful post holder will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and senior pharmacy colleagues, contributing to service development, education, leadership and quality improvement within a fast-paced clinical environment.
