Main duties of the job

You will:

Support the Lead Pharmacist for Research and Workforce Development in overseeing education and training across undergraduate, foundation, and post-registration programmes.

Drive the development of pharmacy education and training, identifying workforce implications of service changes and embedding effective support across the department and keeping staff informed of training developments.

Provide advanced clinical pharmacy practice to a Community Treatment Team, delivering specialist medication advice, reviews, and optimisation, independent prescribing (where applicable), and direct patient care through collaborative, shared decision-making with the team and external partners.
