A healthcare organization in Peterborough is seeking a Foundation Trainee Pharmacist to support and deliver educational training to healthcare professionals. The role involves leading pharmacist training programs and identifying workforce development opportunities. Candidates with a Pharmacy Degree and a passion for staff development are encouraged to apply. Join us for the first year of the implementation of the foundation pharmacist training year, incorporating the revised standards. You will support the first cohort and lead on future Foundation Trainee Pharmacist Training Programmes, with additional focus on the transition to newly qualified pharmacists.
The role also involves educating and training a range of healthcare learners within the organisation, including junior doctors, and collaborating with wider trust education colleagues and higher education institutions to enhance the skills of our workforce.
