East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an Advanced Paediatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver expert holistic paediatric care across SSPAU, inpatient wards and the ED. The role involves advanced clinical assessments, diagnostics, and decision-making to plan and evaluate care.

You’ll prescribe medications, request and interpret investigations, and perform procedures including lumbar puncture, while managing complex cases and making timely referrals within and beyond the Trust.

Qualifications

• Advanced Paediatric Nurse Practitioner qualification or equivalent.
• Commitment to advancing paediatric care and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert, holistic care to children and young people across SSPAU, inpatient wards and ED.
• Undertake advanced clinical assessments, diagnostics and decision-making to plan and evaluate care.
