Job summary

DHU Healthcare is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to deliver urgent care across our Northamptonshire bases. The role includes triage, assessment, and treatment, with opportunity to work across multiple sites and shift patterns.

You will contribute to high-quality, patient-centred care within a supportive multi-disciplinary team. Applicants should hold prescribing rights and be registered with NMC/HCPC/GPhC as appropriate, with experience in urgent care settings.

Qualifications

• Advanced Practitioner with prescribing rights and clinical skills.
• Registered with NMC/HCPC/GPhC (depending on role).
• Experience in urgent care settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Telephone triage and clinical assessment of patients.
• Face-to-face consultations at base locations.
• Home visiting to support patients who cannot attend clinic.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.
