Responsibilities

• Clinical Assessment and Care: Provide expert clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
• Patient Management: Develop and evaluate management plans with patients and multidisciplinary team.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to junior colleagues.
• Quality and Compliance: Monitor quality/risk, reflect on team performance, and ensure accountability.
• Training and Development: Stay up-to-date with guidelines and mentor team members.
• Infection Prevention & Control: Attend infection prevention training and apply practices.
