Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner for flexible regional primary care sessions across Thorpe-le-Soken. You will lead autonomous ANP clinics, assess and triage, and provide safe, patient-centered care within GP and community services.

This role offers fully flexible sessional work with weekday, evening or weekend availability. A Level 7 Advanced Practice qualification, Independent Prescribing (V300) and DBS clearance are required to perform in this capacity.

Qualifications

• Level 7 Advanced Practice qualification is required.
• Independent Prescribing (V300) is required.
• Experience in GP, urgent care or community settings is required.
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and communication skills are required.
• Confidence working autonomously in new environments is required.
• Enhanced DBS clearance is required.

Responsibilities

You will deliver advanced assessments, manage same-day presentations and support routine patient demand within well-supported GP and community services. Each clinic provides clear pathways, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.
