Locum Ready is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner for flexible regional primary care sessions across Snodland. This role offers structured autonomy within established clinics, allowing you to define your own working pattern while maintaining a consistent clinical environment.

You will deliver advanced assessments, manage acute presentations and support routine patient demand within well-supported GP and community services, with clear pathways and safe workflow across clinics.

Qualifications

• Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Level 7) with independent prescribing.
• Experience in GP, urgent care or community settings.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Run autonomous ANP-led clinics in primary care.
• Manage acute, undifferentiated and minor illness presentations.
• Conduct telephone and face-to-face triage.
• Prescribe safely within scope of competence.
• Review results and manage routine follow-up actions.
• Record accurate clinical notes in digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Running autonomous ANP-led clinics within primary care settings
• Managing acute, undifferentiated and minor illness presentations
• Conducting telephone and face-to-face triage
• Prescribing safely within scope of competence
• Reviewing results and handling routine follow-up actions
• Recording accurate clinical notes within the clinic’s digital systems

Requirements

• Level 7 Advanced Practice qualification
• Independent Prescribing (V300)
• Experience in GP, urgent care or community settings
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and communication skills
• Confidence working autonomously in new environments
• Enhanced DBS clearance
