NHS Fife is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our established Hospital at Night team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, clinically effective care. As a senior team member, you will leverage your advanced clinical skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the Hospital at Night Service, you will provide clinical leadership, make advanced clinical decisions, and deliver evidence-based care during night shifts. The role requires extensive experience in an acute healthcare setting, demonstrated by post-registration study or equivalent experience in advanced clinical decision-making.

Key Requirements:
  • You must be a registered nurse with a strong understanding of the challenges of working in an acute care setting.
  • Evidence of post-registration study or equivalent experience, including certified clinical examination, assessment, and diagnostic skills at Masters Level 11.
  • A commitment to professional development and the ability to undertake structured academic and in-house training programs.
Training and Pay:

This position offers an opportunity for career advancement following successful training. Trainees will be remunerated at a percentage of the pay band maximum based on the training period, in line with national pay arrangements.
