A not-for-profit healthcare provider in Liverpool seeks an experienced clinician to provide quality care to children and young people. The role involves clinical assessment, diagnosis, and prescription. Candidates must have full NMC registration, an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice, and six months of paediatric care experience. Offering competitive hourly pay and a bank contract with flexible shifts at Alder Hey Hospital.
Deliver quality individualised care to children and young people with a high level of autonomy underpinned by the four pillars of Clinical practice, leadership and management, education and research. Clinically examine and assess patient needs from a physiological and psychological perspective, and plan clinical care accordingly.
Within your professional boundaries, you will assess, diagnose and prescribe where appropriate, providing advice and care for children and young people presenting with undiagnosed and undifferentiated illnesses. Prescribe and review medication for therapeutic effectiveness, appropriate to patient needs and in accordance with evidence-based practice and national/local protocols and within scope of practice.
