Job summary

You will work within Flow Navigation Centre, contributing to new service models and improvement of patient outcomes. The role emphasizes master's-level competency, clinical supervision, and dedicated nonclinical time to meet Advanced Practice

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level autonomous clinical practice in Acute Medicine and Flow Navigation Centre (FNC).
• Assess, diagnose, treat and manage adults with acute or complex medical conditions.
• Develop and expand advanced practice competencies with dedicated nonclinical time and supervision.
