Job summary

Chase Medical is recruiting an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join a GP surgery in Southend-on-Sea on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work up to 37.5 hours per week in a collaborative Advanced Clinical Team, performing clinical assessments, treatments, and comprehensive patient care within the ANP/ACP remit.

The role requires primary care experience, ANP/ACP background, NMC registration, and non-medical prescribing (or progress toward it).

Qualifications

• Must have Primary Care experience.
• Experience in the ANP/ACP role.
• NMC registration as a nurse is required.
• Non-medical prescribing or progress toward it is required.
• Advanced Clinical Practice qualification is required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide treatments within the ANP/ACP remit.
• Diagnose and evaluate care, and manage patient care pathways.
• Deliver high-quality patient care in a GP surgery setting.

Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) – Southend-on-Sea

Chase Medical have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ANP in Southend-on-Sea!

I’m pleased to announce that our client are recruiting for an ANP or ACP to join a GP Surgery in Southend-on-Sea, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be working up to full time hours (37.5), alongside a friendly and sociable Advanced Clinical Team.

The main duties of the role will be Clinical Assessment and Treatment, Diagnosis and Evaluation of Care. You’ll assess and diagnose patients, and undertake all aspects of clinical care in the ACP / ANP remit.

Requirements for the role:

• Primary Care experience
• Experience in the role of an ANP or ACP
• NMC Registered Nurse (or equivalent registration)
• Non-medical Prescribing (or working towards this)
• Advanced Clinical Practice qualification

The client are ideally seeking a candidate trained to Level 7 (MSc), but candidates with alternative routes to ACP status may also be considered for this role.
