An NHS GP practice in Skelmersdale is looking for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join their team. The role offers part-time hours with 4-8 sessions per week, focusing on diverse clinical duties such as consultations, developing care plans, and patient education. Candidates should have a relevant nursing degree and experience in a Primary Care setting.

The advertised post is part time hours we are looking to offer between 4-8 sessions per week. As a practice we offer a late night clinic (6:30pm-8:30pm), flexibility on working hours would be desirable.

Our clinical team comprising of 4 GP Partners, locum GPs, 4 Salaried GPs plus a highly experienced nursing and HCA team. A First Contact Physio,Clinical Pharmacists, Paramedics, Practice Manager, Assistant PracticeManagers, and an experienced reception/administration staff which make up agreat team.
The post holder will be an experienced practitioner whoworks within their professional boundaries to provide care for patients throughinitial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment andevaluation of care. The role of the ANP will be to support the Partnersand other clinicians and healthcare professionals within the practice todeliver a full range of primary care services to our patients.
