Thesuccessful candidate will have direct contact with patients, taking medicalhistories, carrying out physical examinations, updating records, makingdiagnoses, analysing test results, undertaking home visits and deliveringtreatment. Working to a professional code of ethics you will be able todemonstrate flexibility in the role and have a caring attitude towardspatients. You will have substantial clinical experience in this speciality field is required toundertake a key role as part of our clinical team aiming to enhance and developservices to meet the needs of the local population. You will have theopportunity to be instrumental in developing future services as part of ouron-going commitment in developing an integrated approach to care.
You will be educated to Masters Level, includingindependent non-medical prescribing. We will consider applications frompractitioners working towards completion of Masters.We aim toimprove the sustainability, quality and efficiency of services, enhanceintegrated services with the community and improve care pathways, delivering atruly person centred service.You will have the opportunity to work across a number of sites with varyingpatient demographic as well as community and outreach services. A robustinduction and personal development plan to meet their professional developmentneeds will be developed with our GP Nurse Practitioner lead.
We work closely with our PCN practices to develop an innovative primary care service toa patient population in excess of 90,000.
