Due to organisational growth, we currently have vacancies for Advanced Nurse Practitioners.
The primary focus of the role is to work as an autonomous advanced practitioner, providing high-quality and timely patient-centered care.
The post holder will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, referral, and discharge of a diverse range of patients with minor injuries and illnesses, without reference to a doctor, within their level of competence and agreed protocols.
This role aligns with that of a traditional in-hours Advanced Nurse Practitioner in General Practice and differs from the Out of Hours ANP Role.

£73,612 a year full-time equivalent, with a premium rate paid for weekend work.
Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and work within the scope of professional practice at all times.
Ensure adherence to organisational and NMC policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Maintain professionalism and act as a positive role model for junior staff and team members.
Maintain confidentiality regarding patient and staff information.
Interface professionally with all departments, providing effective services to partner organisations and service providers.
Provide supervision and mentoring to develop staff skills where required.
Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing complex information about their care.
Offer advice and information to patients, carers, and families as appropriate.
Collaborate with medical, nursing, allied health professionals, and operational staff for coordinated service delivery.
Ensure accurate record-keeping per policies and NMC guidelines.
Promote effective communication networks within the organization.
Refrain from posting comments about the organisation, staff, or patients on social media.
