We are looking to recruit a motivated, experienced and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ANP who enjoys working autonomously while being part of a collaborative and forward-thinking primary care team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centred care and contribute to the continued development of our practice. The role offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team of GP Partners, salaried GPs, practice nurses, HCAs and the wider multidisciplinary team in either a full time or part time role. We are keen to support professional development and would welcome applications from ANPs with particular clinical interests that could complement our existing services.
St Thomas Surgery has around 13,000 patients and is a well-established, forward-thinking and successful training practice with a dynamic and supportive partnership. We operate from one main surgery and two branch surgeries, one of which is a dispensing surgery, serving a diverse and engaged patient population. There are currently 4 GP Partners and 3 salaried GPs, working alongside our experienced practice nursing and healthcare assistant teams. St Thomas Surgery is situated in the market town of Haverfordwest, in the stunning coastal county of Pembrokeshire. The area offers an excellent quality of life, with beautiful beaches, great schools and a welcoming community. It is an ideal location for clinicians looking to combine rewarding clinical work with an excellent worklife balance. We are proud to be a training practice and we value a culture of teaching, learning and professional development.
