A leading healthcare provider is looking for a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join its supportive GP practice in Shere, Surrey. The role involves independently managing patients with acute and chronic conditions, providing care through face-to-face consultations, and participating in health promotion initiatives. Candidates should possess a Master's in Advanced Clinical Practice and relevant experience in primary care.
We are looking to recruit a qualified Advanced Nurse Prescriber to join ourmotivated, friendly and supportive GP Practice in Shere, Surrey. The successfulcandidate will be confident in independently managing acute cases of minorillnesses arising from the clinical triage system. Seeing and reviewingpatients with long term conditions. Supporting the triage and care navigationof patients as well as providing care to patients face to face, over thetelephone and sometimes in their own homes.
TheAdvanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) will work autonomously within the GP Practiceteam to provide advanced clinical care, including assessment, diagnosis,treatment, and management of patients presenting with undifferentiated andundiagnosed conditions. The ANP will also support chronic disease management,health promotion, and the delivery of evidence-based care.
We are a medium and friendly practice located in the Surrey Hills withpolite and respectful patients. We have a diverse and complementary clinicalteam with traditional nurse and GP Positions. The management and admin team isexperienced and supportive.
