A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking an Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner to join their multi-disciplinary team. The role involves treating acute and chronic conditions in various settings, requiring independent prescribing abilities and a strong focus on teamwork. Hoveton and Wroxham Medical Centre is looking to recruit an advanced nurse practitioner/advanced clinical practitioner to join our multi-disciplinary team. This role is to provide acute "on the day" appointments as well as pre-booked appointments for patients with acute illness or ongoing problems.
The role is part-time for 20 hours each week working Wednesday all day, Thursday morning and Friday afternoon. This may involve an early start, 6.45am and late finish, 8pm and some Saturday working.
Your main place of work is Hoveton & Wroxham Medical Centre within the NN4 PCN but you may on occasion need to provide support to other PCN practices: Acle Medical Partnership, Brundall Medical Partnership, Blofield Surgery, Ludham & Stalham Green Surgeries, Stalham Staithe Surgery.
