Cora Health Group's Community Rheumatology Service is seeking an Advanced MSK Clinician to undertake expert assessment and management of rheumatology patients within a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes high-quality, individualized treatment plans and timely discharge, with opportunities to influence service design.

Registration with HCPC is required, and some injections, imaging, and prescribing may be supported after appointment. NHS experience is not essential but appreciated.

• Comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide range of physical and emotional needs
• Formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes
• Ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge
• Manage a varied caseload of patients
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team including physiotherapists, OTs, APPs, nurses, GPwSIs and consultants
• Maintain strong links with existing hospital services focused on high-risk complex patients
• Help develop and influence the design of the service

This Advanced MSK Clinician post sits in Cora Health Group's Community Rheumatology Service, working alongside physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, GP specialists and consultants within a wider MSK and community pain offer. The core of the work is expert assessment and management of patients with possible rheumatological conditions, with individual treatment plans reviewed and patients discharged on time. The role also involves shaping the service and using skills such as injection therapy, ultrasonography and independent prescribing, some of which are supported after appointment. Registration with the HCPC or an equivalent body is required, and NHS experience is not essential.
