A deep understanding of the impact of musculoskeletal pain in the wider community and how collaborative working across the local system enables prevention and addresses health inequalities.
Current valid registration with your relevant professional body or equivalent regulator (HCPC, GOsC).
Outstanding values that underpin clinical expertise and people management.
Proven track record of influencing patients, people, commissioners, and pathways.
Understanding, influencing, and driving quality of audits and the integration of evidence-based practice (EBP).
Educational acuity in developing and providing specialist teaching in musculoskeletal practice.
Strong desire and drive to deliver innovation and lead change.
Experience in developing team members.
Connect Health is expanding its team of talented clinicians and is currently seeking Advanced Musculoskeletal (MSK) Clinicians (Physiotherapists, Osteopaths) passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centred care within a large multidisciplinary team in the North West CATS service.

The role involves managing a varied caseload of MSK patients, conducting comprehensive assessments, formulating and reviewing treatment plans, and ensuring effective treatment and timely discharge.
