Job summary

Reed in Wissington, UK, is seeking a Production Operator to support safe and efficient operation of our client’s manufacturing processes as it moves from development to growth.

You will operate machinery, prepare materials, monitor reactors, conduct in-process checks, and record data in line with safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or factory environment.
• Able to follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment per SOPs.
• Prepare raw materials, monitor reactors, and perform in-process checks.
• Record production data and follow site safety and QA procedures.
• Maintain process control and respond to deviations.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to ensure quality and efficiency.
