Job summary

MBDA UK invites applications for a Manufacturing Operator Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship scheduled to start 2027 in Stevenage. The four-year program combines on-site work with a Level 3 Engineering Fitter Apprenticeship at Milton Keynes College, with a £19,500 salary and a £3,000 joining bonus.

You will rotate through manufacturing areas and attend college, with travel support provided. The role includes training, travel reimbursement, annual pay reviews, and a healthcare plan.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths at Grade 5 minimum.
• GCSE English Language at Grade 4 minimum.
• An additional 3 GCSEs at Grade 4 minimum to include a Science or Technology subject.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of MBDA Manufacturing team in Operator role on site.
• Attend Milton Keynes College for Level 3 Engineering Fitter Apprenticeship.
• Complete placements across manufacturing areas as described.
