They possess an ambitious leadership team with an innovative, product-led growth plan. Supplying a blue chip customer base, the Advanced Manufacturing Manager position is a new role aimed at driving efficiency and facilitating growth via best in class manufacturing.

Job Description

The Advanced Manufacturing Manager will report into the COO with full autonomy for a critical value stream and all SQDCP metrics. You will lead a team of approximately 120 via direct reports including production and process leaders and play a pivotal role in delivering a multiyear growth plan.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing a high performance culture
  • Identifying and implementing CI strategies to optimise all efficiencies
  • Working closely with Engineering & Quality leadership on strategy and delivery
  • Driving best in class inventory and planning
  • Leading on world class H&S

The Successful Applicant

The successful Advanced Manufacturing Manager will possess:

  • A dynamic and forward thinking approach
  • Experience in the manufacture of highly regulated/safety critical products
  • A strong comprehension of lean and transformation
  • Demonstrable experience driving systems and cultures to develop capacity and efficiencies, ideally in a transformative environment
  • Strong capability in leading processes within a quality-centric environment
  • The ambition to be part of large scale transformation and progress into a senior leadership role
