NHS Tayside is offering a Fixed Term/Secondment for 12 months to provide first contact physiotherapy in GP Practices and MSK Outpatient Physiotherapy Departments in Perth and Kinross. In this role you will triage, assess and provide self-management advice to patients, with a possible MSK caseload within the Physiotherapy Department.

You will assist with supervision, education and development of junior staff and students, and contribute to Clinical Governance, Quality Improvement and Research.

Qualifications

• Registered with HCPC and eligible to practise.
• Postgraduate CPD with trauma/orthopaedics/MSK guidelines.
• Desirable: ability to request imaging; non-medical prescribing advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide first contact physiotherapy triage, assessment and self-management advice in GP Practices and MSK Outpatient Physiotherapy Departments.
• Possibly manage an MSK caseload within the Physiotherapy Department.
• Assist with supervision, education and development of junior staff and students.
• Contribute to Clinical Governance, Quality Improvement and Research.
