Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust seeks an experienced Advanced Endocrinology Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our specialist endocrinology service. You will provide expert autonomous assessment, management and care coordination for patients with complex endocrine conditions across Trust sites.

The role emphasises clinical leadership, education, quality improvement, and development of innovative care models, with a focus on patient-centred pathways and improving the patient experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert, autonomous assessment, management and coordination of care for patients with complex endocrine conditions, including adrenal incidentaloma, neuroendocrine tumour and radioiodine therapy pathways.
• Act as an expert clinical resource, delivering specialist advice, education and support to patients, carers and healthcare professionals.
• Provide clinical leadership and expert guidance to nursing and multidisciplinary colleagues, promoting excellence in specialist endocrine care.
• Support the development and implementation of innovative, evidence-based models of care, clinical pathways and patient information resources.
• Lead and contribute to clinical audit, service evaluation and quality-improvement initiatives, implementing learning to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
