Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled podiatrist to provide specialist assessment, treatment and management for high-risk patients with complex foot ulceration, in community settings and linked to consultant-led clinics.

You will lead and develop services, supervise and mentor team members, with opportunities for education, training and cross-disciplinary collaboration across Staffordshire and surrounding areas.

Qualificações

• Lead in the management of complex cases in diabetes and wound care.
• Assess service users to develop needs and outcome-focused treatment plans.
• Provide support and mentorship to junior staff and non-registered colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organisation and with external organisations.
• Lead complex cases in diabetes/wound management and drive service improvements.
• Travel across a large geographic area to deliver care and training.
