Responsibilities

• The ACCP will operate at an advanced level across the four pillars of Advanced Practice.
• Deliver advanced practice within a specialist field and act as a role model.
• Practice independently and with the multidisciplinary team under clinical supervision.
• Provide clinical leadership, supervision and structured teaching for the team.
• Use judgement to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care across the service
