About the role

We're looking for a skilled and reliable Site Manager join our team on a unique and technically challenging construction project within the Defence sector in Berkshire. If you have experience overseeing high-quality fit-out works and enjoy working in a collaborative, well structured environment, this could the right role for you
You'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations on site, making sure that everything runs smoothly, safely, and to high standard. Working closely with the wider project team, sub contractors and client representatives, you'll help bring complex plans to life - with a strong focus on fit-out works and attention to detail

What you'll be doing

You'll be:
  • Overseeing the daily site activity on a live construction project within a secure environment
  • Managing sub contactors and trades during the fit-out and finishing phases
  • Ensuring safety, quality and environmental standards are consistently met
  • Monitoring progress, solving problems and keeping things on track
  • Working with the project team to meet key milestones and deliver great results

Who we're looking for

You'll have:
  • Previous experience as a Site Manager on complex or high-spec construction projects
  • A strong background in internal fit-out, ideally within defence, commercial or technical environments
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
  • A proactive and organised approach with a strong commitment to health & safety
  • Eligibility for UK security clearance (BPSS / SC)
