Job summary

Practice Plus Group is recruiting Advanced Clinical Practitioners for the Brighton Station GP & Walk-in Centre. The role combines urgent care and GP practice work across a seven-day service, with permanent hours available (part-time or full-time).

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting. You will provide autonomous unscheduled medical care, work with acute undifferentiated conditions, and must be a prescriber within your competence, following guidelines and GP

Qualifications

• ACPs provide autonomous clinical care in outpatient settings.
• Must be a prescriber within professional competence.
• Experience with urgent care or GP services is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous, unscheduled medical care for acute conditions.
• Assess, diagnose and manage patients within clinical guidelines and own scope.
• Collaborate with GP practice and walk-in team to support patient flow.
