As an ACP, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care. This includes leading the implementation of advanced clinical practices across inpatient services; supporting service users with complex needs, particularly those with learning disabilities and neurodiversity; driving research, quality improvement initiatives, and innovative care approaches; and acting as a role model, supervisor, and mentor for less experienced staff within the MDT. You will be working alongside a multidisciplinary team and fostering collaborative relationships within the Trust and beyond, ensuring inclusivity, resilience, and hope in care delivery.

You will need to be a Registered Advanced Clinical Practitioner with experience of working in Mental Health Services who has also developed or started to develop their clinical expertise to expand to learning disability, autism and/or neurodiversity.
