Job summary

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) invites applications for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join the Trafford Crisis Response Team. The post is based in Trafford with potential cross-site work across H@H and Manchester Community Response services.

You will be an autonomous practitioner from a nursing or AHP background with an MSc in ACP, NMC/HPC registration, and an independent prescriber (V300) or working towards it.

Qualifications

• MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice required.
• Relevant professional health degree (nursing or AHP).
• Independent non medical prescriber (V300) or working towards.
• Current registration with NMC or HPC.
• Evidence of CPD activities.

Responsibilities

• Autonomous practitioner delivering advanced assessments and management for patients over 18.
• Coordinate urgent health care needs and support timely discharge.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team across Trafford and Manchester services.
