Locum Ready is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to provide flexible sessional care across primary care and regional services in St Davids. You will lead autonomous assessments, manage varied presentations, and support patient flow across local health services.

Qualifications

• Level 7 ACP qualification is required.
• Background in Nursing, Paramedic Science, or similar.
• Independent Prescribing desirable.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care or community health.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Run independent ACP-led clinics across care centre and GP services.
• Assess acute, undifferentiated, and routine presentations.
• Provide telephone and on-site triage during high demand.
• Prescribe and initiate treatment where qualified.
