Locum Ready seeks an Advanced Clinical Practitioner for flexible, sessional work across primary care and regional care centre services in Coniston. You will conduct autonomous assessments, manage diverse clinical presentations and support efficient patient flow within local health services.

Responsibilities

• Running independent ACP-led clinics across care centre and GP service settings.
• Assessing acute, undifferentiated and routine presentations.
• Providing telephone and on-site triage during periods of high demand.
• Prescribing and initiating treatment where qualified.
• Completing routine clinical actions including results, reviews and referrals.
• Documenting accurately in digital clinical systems.

You will work within structured clinical environments that provide clear pathways, ensuring consistent support for advanced-level practice.

• Enhanced DBS clearance
